He has tried jury and bench trials to verdict and has handled dozens of arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Lipman represents companies and individuals, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in state and federal courts. He focuses his practice on complex litigation matters, particularly those involving commercial and banking disputes, construction projects and fraud.
